- One first floor apartment consisting of lounge/diner, one bedroom with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with hand rails
- Two apartments on second floor, one is split level and the other is self-contained, both have lounge diner, one bedroom with double bed and shower rooms with hand rails
- There are no baths in any of the apartments

- We are one street away from the main shopping street
- The nearest public telephone is just around the corner
